Icho Namiki Avenue, while in fact the most accurate translation is “garden of eight viewsâ€. now what’s different about happo-en is that this garden is in fact just the visible tip of the iceberg, while in fact the core business of the location is to celebrate weddings and others events with a wide selection of facilities made to please those people looking for something more traditional.
